So what is Tabata?
Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training condensed into a four minute workout consisting of 7 to 8 sets of 20-second, high-intensity efforts followed by 10 seconds of rest. As you can imagine, there are endless combinations of exercises that can be used in combination with this protocol. Tabata can even be incorporated into your regular treadmill or body weight workouts to round out your weekly exercise routine.
