Her background as a competitive track and field athlete and competitive body builder has become the building blocks to her career in the health and wellness industry. After graduating from Boston College she pursued her goals as a competitive body builder and fitness competitor.
Kathy has been recognized as a fitness expert by Northshore Magazine and has helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals.
Through her wellness programs she has coached, guided and inspired her clients to achieve their fitness goals by making sustainable lifestyle changes. She specializes in coaching clients on habit-based change including weight loss and maintenance, stress management, short and long term goal setting and exercise guidance and adherence. As a specialty she works with seniors to help them maintain their strength, balance and flexibility to sustain a healthy and independent lifestyle.
Her firm understanding of anatomy and physiology as well as her experience working as one our aides in the clinic allows Kathy to tailor workouts that focus on joint stability, flexibility and balance.
