What is the reason for pain in the front of your shoulder?

What is the reason for pain in the front of your shoulder?

Biceps tendonitis?

Rotator Cuff tendinopathy?

Labral tear?

If you said YES to all 3, then you’re right!

Unfortunately, this unhappy triad happens more often than not if you have 50 or more candles on your birthday cake.

Remember that all 3 of these structures can be irritated by the poor postural positions that we recently discussed. Assuming a forward head, slouching posture moves the head of the humerus bone forward in the shoulder joint thereby stressing all 3 structures.
